Certainly! You can return any non-sale items purchased on Kinzzu.com within 7 working days from the delivery date and receive a full refund (excluding custom-made clothing). Here's how to do it:
- Ensure that the items are in the same condition you received them, with all tags still attached. Any perfume scent, damage, or stain marks will void the return policy, so please ensure the item has not been worn.
- Post the package within 7 working days from the delivery date. You can send your return via Royal Mail or choose an alternative courier. If you opt for an alternative courier, please ensure there is insurance covering the value of the returned items in case of theft or loss during delivery to our head office. We recommend using a Track & Trace service with the shipping carrier, as you will be liable for the full value of the listed item(s) in the event of loss.
